Please be advised that we have been notified that the vendor has made an error in printing your 1st Quarter Preliminary Tax bill. The mailing address on the remittance copy does not match the mailing address on the bill portion. This error is descriptive/clerical in nature and has no impact on tax amounts, unique identifiers, parcels, and their associated owner of record. The vendor is printing and mailing another copy of your tax bill on Wednesday July 5th 2023 at no cost to the town. Either bill can be used for payment.

You recently received your Fiscal 2024 Real Estate Tax Bill for the Town of Wenham.
Due to a printing error the owner information on the remittance copy was incorrect.
Enclosed you will find a corrected bill.
As the vendor who prints and mails the bill for the town we apologize for any inconvenience
or confusion that you may have endured because of this error. Either remittance can be used to submit payment.
