Dog Registration - Not too late!
If you currently have a dog, it will need to be registered for 2022.  (MGL Chapter 140/section 137).  There will be information on the annual census form on how to register.  This is for every dog that is 6 months or older.  The dog tag registration runs from January 1 – December 31st.    Registration can be done at online at City Hall Systems - eBilling ePayment, or the dog tags can be purchased at the counter at the Town Clerk’s office.  If paying in person, we can only accept cash or checks.   To license your dog(s), we need: a copy of a valid rabies certificate and certificate of spaying / neutering - if not already on file.  The fee is $15.00 per dog if your dog has not been spayed or neutered - $10.00 per dog for a spayed or neutered dog.  Personal kennels for four dogs will be $50, five to 10 dogs $100, and more than 10 dogs $150.  If you have 4 or more dogs, please contact the Town Clerk’s Office.
