The Wenham Board of Health will hold their Annual Flu Clinic as a Drive-Thru, by appointment only on Wednesday, October 14 from 3-6 pm at Buker Elementary School.
Appointments may be requested for anyone 4 years old and over may be submitted via the appointment request form or call Wenham BOH 978-468-5520 ext. 4 to request an appointment or ask questions
Appointment requests will be returned within 48 business hours of receipt, but an appointment request does not guarantee a flu clinic appointment
High dose for 65+, pediatric doses, and the pediatric nasal spray will be available along with adult doses. Wear short sleeves or loose fitting sleeves

Vaccine is free, but please bring your insurance card. Insurance paperwork and consent forms will be handled as much in advance as possible.
Insurance paperwork and consent forms can be submitted to the Board of Health at Town Hall when Town Hall is open or dropped in the secure tax drop box outside town hall in a sealed envelope. Consent forms and insurance information MAY NOT be emailed.
