2020 Residential Satisfaction Study Results

Through Community Compact grant funding, made possible by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts', Department of Revenue, Division of Local Services, we were able to complete a Residential Satisfaction Survey citizen engagement project.

From February 17 through March 6, 2020, GreatBlue Research, Inc. out of Glastonbury, CT conducted telephone and online surveys gathering opinions from residents to better understand satisfaction with services offered and information on the demand for additional opportunities, programs and services within the community.

We appreciate the participation of our residents and offer GreatBlue's survey results presentation along with a link to their May 14, 2020 Zoom meeting with the Board of Selectmen below.   We will use this important information to continue improving upon our services to the residents of Wenham in the days ahead.
