Position provides clerical and administrative assistance to the Town Clerk’s Office. The work involves attention to detail to maintain accurate records; answering customer inquiries, and handling special licenses, vital statistics, elections, etc. The work involves coordinating requests for service from various customers and receiving appropriate fees, applications and documents. The Administrative Assistant is required to exercise good judgment in administering office operations to support the Town Clerk.   Job Description

Wenham Police Department - Pleasant Pond Lifeguard

Under the direct supervision of the Pleasant Pond Supervisor, the Head Lifeguards as well as the Chief of Police in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the town.  The individual must be at least 16 years of age, American Cross Lifeguard Certified, CPR Certified and have Standard First Aid Training.  The Lifeguard is responsible for maintaining the safety and well-being of others.   Job Description
