Community Preservation Applications

Please note that the deadline to submit an application for
Community Preservation Eligibility is on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 430 PM. 

This is a separate form from the full 2023 CPC application and must be done first to determine eligibility to apply for project funding for fiscal year 2025.

Applicants must submit 1 hard copy and 1 copy electronically to mmcgovern@wenhamma.gov.
